H&W commercial vehicles with a moving floor are always the first choice when large quantities of cargo are to be unloaded in the most measured way possible. Even if low hall ceilings make tipping the trailer impossible, a vehicle with a moving floor from H&W Nutzfahrzeuge is the optimal solution.
The principle of the moving floor trailer originates from materials handling technology: The floor of the moving floor vehicle is designed in such a way that hydraulically driven mobile slats automatically transport the load out of the loading space of the moving floor trailer. Since we, as the manufacturer, pay close attention to ensuring that there are no gaps in the construction of the moving floor, both bulk material and general cargo can be moved with centimetre precision without much effort. Whether harvested crops, silage or used glass – everything is reliably transported out of the trailer without leaving any residue. This is certainly the main reason why moving floor technology is becoming increasingly popular in vehicles for a wide variety of applications.

Your customised moving floor vehicle from H&W has many advantages on board:
- Moving-floor trailers can be used very flexibly.
- Vehicles with sliding floors are suitable for transporting general cargo and also loose goods.
- Moving-floor trailers are ideally suited for transporting freight with a high volume and low weight.
- Loading and unloading of the vehicles takes place mostly horizontally, so they can also be used in halls with low ceilings.
- On request, however, you can also obtain tipper vehicles made of aluminium without moving floor technology, e.g. for waste glass disposal or general waste management.
